Nitrology ~ Mobile Ice Cream Lab

Nitrology is a mobile nitrogen ice cream lab. “Liquid nitrogen is our secret ingredient to creating our creamy fresh chemistry. The delicious vanilla cream base is flash-frozen at -320° F – right before your eyes! The nitrogen evaporates, leaving the richest, fullest-flavored ice cream you’ll ever eat. We then customize the ice cream to your taste with loads of optional mix-ins and toppings.”


An event would cost a minimum of $500 for 50 people; the price would increase $10 per person after that. There are no extra costs, the $500 would include Nitrology’s generators, water, supplies, and more.
