Your wedding planner handles the research, site visits, contract review, floor plan development, timeline creation, budgeting, transportation, hotel blocks, rentals, vendor load-in/load-out’s schedules, planning, design, follow-up and phone calls so that you don’t have to manage vendors and coordinate zillions of details. You deserve pre and post wedding events to be planned and executed for you accompanied by extras and surprises! The Ultimate Collection includes planning for your Bridal Shower, Rehearsal Dinner and Next-Day Brunch. We create a unique atmosphere and aesthetic for your day, meticulously executing every detail from start to finish! As a result, you will fully enjoy all the joyful celebrations during this once-in-a-lifetime occasion.

We operate on a flat fee basis, rather than charging a combination of flat fee plus a percentage like many other planners do. You can be confident that our services encompass design, event management, production, planning and execution.

- Rehearsal dinner planning and coordination so that you can relax the night before and enjoy a delicious meal
- Flawless wedding planning, design and execution so that you don’t get lost in the details trying to figure it out alone
- Day-after brunch planning and coordination if needed so that you can spend more time with friends and family before they depart from the festivities
- We’ll stuff, stamp and mail your invitations for all events if needed (postage, addressing, mileage fee additional) so that you can focus on your regular daily home and work tasks
- Wedding gown salon and Men’s wear recommendations on gown, tuxedos, wedding party attire for a complete look from head to toe so that everyone has a cohesive look
- Shopping, assembling and delivery of hotel welcome bags so that you can have more time for your work schedules and commitments (supplies, packaging and mileage fee additional)
- Up to 12 planning meetings, up to 2 hours each so that we can answer your questions and review checklist progress
