Wedding consultation offerings are available and paid in advance when having a Day of Coordinator or Wedding Planner are not in your budget. This allows you to schedule a time to ask questions and discuss your plans with Certified Wedding Planner, Tracie to gain clarity on your journey!

 YOU PICK MY BRAIN ZOOM SESSION! – 100

You are wedding or event planning solo but seek assistance from a wedding/event professional with 26 years’ experience, you can schedule a 40-minute chat to pick Tracie’s brain! We will discuss general wedding/event planning questions, vendor referrals, timeline flow or any advice related to your special event. Extra time can be reserved for an additional fee just ask!

You may decide you don’t want to plan, design, coordinate and oversee the logistics and details yourself so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding experience. The Ultimate Collection would be the best selection for you for full-service planning; however, we can discuss others that will fit into your budget if you change your mind. 

**Book us within 5 business days and we will credit $100 to the coordination or planning collection you choose. The Wedding Management (Day of) minimum investment of $2,400 will apply to receive the credit. ** 

 YOUR WEDDING PLANNER EXPERT IN-PERSON SESSION – 300

(In-person or Zoom if more convenient for you)

Perfect for the couple that wants some guidance of a wedding planner or who doesn’t know where to start or believes they have everything handled. You will meet once for two hours and discuss your questions. Your head is probably starting to swim with all the things you need to keep track of for your wedding…but don’t worry – that’s what I am here for! I will make suggestions on timelines, vendors, etiquette, offer advice on your struggles and more! You will feel better about the direction of your wedding plans with a clear strategy of what to do!

YOUR VENUE QUEST SESSION – 500 

(In-person or Zoom if more convenient for you)

(In -person for touring venues)

1. One meeting up to 2 hours so that I understand your wedding needs/vision. Next, I will recommend venues based on budget and style. Includes ideas, summary of a to-do list, cost-savings solutions and Q & A.

2.   Accompany couple to 3 venues in Metro Detroit helping assess and ask right question. (Needs to take place on same day and up to 3 total allowing up to 1 hour at each venue.

An invoice will be sent to pre-pay the $100 or $300 fee.
