Your experience begins 60 days before your wedding. You are not worried about timelines, vendors, décor, or “all the little things,” you’ve made the decision to put your trust in us. 

You receive our expertise as we review every detail, confirm every vendor, and build a precise timeline that guarantees nothing slips through the cracks. The result? Your seamless wedding day where your vision is executed flawlessly—and you’re free to enjoy the biggest celebration of your life.

• Venue walk-through (if new to us) + customized detailed timeline

• Vendor confirmation + full day-of vendor management

• Basic Décor setup for your ceremony and reception

• Guest and family assistance throughout the entire event

• On-site problem solving and issue management

• Coordination of ceremony cues, cocktail hour, grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, and special dances

• Access to our emergency kit for any last-minute fixes

• Distribution of personal flowers, final vendor payments, and gratuities

• Packing up your personal items at the end of the night

• Client planning portal with tools + optional wedding website

Your Optional Upgrades 

• Extra coordinator hours ($100/hr.) 1 included in service

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination ($225)

• RSVP tracking & dietary needs management ($500)

• Hotel welcome bags (Shopping, assembling and delivery of hotel welcome bags (client invoiced for supplies, packaging, mileage + $250 fee)

• Napkin folding $75 hr. / yields 67 napkins / $1.13 each.
• Upon your request attendance at final vendor meetings. walkthrough, errands. etc. $100 per hour 
• Embellish your hotel room with champagne, chocolate, rose petals, etc. so that it will feel so romantic when you finally are alone with your new partner $200 setup fee + $250 supplies fee + mileage if not adjacent to venue
• Shower or Wedding favor assembly per event $150 for up to 200 favors
• Save the dates or other invitation assembly per event for up to 200 pieces $200 (must be pre-addressed)  
• Setup your personalized website in portal $300
• Tents, industrial/commercial buildings, barn weddings, etc. require full planning collection, inquire for pricing
• Holiday events will have slight upcharge to ensure staffing
• 4-hour collection for those considering a brunch/lunch or Micro wedding 

($125 Travel fee may apply for events over 49 miles; lodging required for each day of wedding coordinator Michigan beyond 75 miles from Farmington, MI)
