Every step is designed to create alignment, eliminate uncertainty, and ensure every visual element works together seamlessly. From concept to execution, we collaborate closely with your vendor team to bring your vision to life with clarity and purpose.
1. Discovery & Vision Alignment
We begin with a detailed questionnaire and conversation to understand your story, preferences, priorities, and the experience you want guests to have.
Why it matters: This prevents a wedding that feels generic, disconnected, or driven by trends that don’t reflect you. The strongest designs start with a deep understanding of who you are as a couple.
2. Design Direction & Mood Board
You’ll receive a curated mood board that establishes the overall aesthetic, atmosphere, and creative direction for your celebration.
Why it matters: This creates a clear visual roadmap and prevents costly design decisions that don’t work together. Everyone involved is aligned before major investments are made.
3. Signature Design Schematic
Over 4–6 weeks, we develop a comprehensive 50+ page design presentation detailing every visual element of your wedding day.
Why it matters: This document becomes the blueprint for your wedding. It prevents miscommunication, inconsistent design choices, and vendors interpreting your vision differently. Every decision is made with intention and documented for seamless execution.
4. Design & Progress Check-Ins
Throughout the planning process, we’ll meet to review progress, refine details, and ensure every element remains aligned with the original vision.
Why it matters: These touchpoints prevent last-minute surprises, overlooked details, and design drift as new decisions are made throughout the planning process.
5. Wedding Day Execution
On your wedding day, our team works alongside your vendors to oversee and execute every design element exactly as planned.
