We’ll have a meeting at 90 days to review your wedding vision, priorities, vendor team, and planning progress. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact who will learn the details of your celebration and identify any areas that need attention during the final 90 days.
Step 2: Planning & Coordination
Over the following weeks, we’ll connect with your vendors, review contracts and logistics, and begin building your customized wedding day timeline. You’ll receive expert guidance, timely communication, and clear next steps so you always know what is happening and what comes next.
Step 3: Final Details & Confirmation
As your wedding approaches, we’ll refine every element of the plan, confirm details with your vendor team, coordinate key participants, and review all logistics. By wedding week, every timeline, transition, and responsibility will be clearly communicated and carefully organized.
Step 4: Wedding Day Management
On your wedding day, we’ll oversee the timeline, coordinate vendors, manage logistics, and handle any behind-the-scenes adjustments that arise. You can remain fully present with your family and guests, confident that every detail is being expertly managed from start to finish.
