“I was THAT bride, a giant worry stress-ball! I remember my own wedding like it was yesterday but it was over 27 years ago! I was bursting with excitement to arrive at my reception to see everything that I had been selecting for months finally come together. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that my wedding cake was not exactly as I envisioned. I had paid extra to have tulle and lights under the cake to make it appear as it was floating on a cloud but that did NOT happen! My heart sank when I saw that my cake wasn’t set up as discussed at the final meeting with the baker and as promised. There were a few other issues that could have been fixed before the reception started and during that I had to deal with. Trust me these issues were NOT what I wanted to be dealing with on my spccial day. I didn’t want to worry about anything on the day that I had been dreaming about for so long. I just wanted to eat, drink, party and dance with my family and friends but instead I had to take time away from just relaxing and being in the moment to handle issues adding unnecessary stress.
IF I would had hired a wedding coordinator I could have avoided these disappointments. The wedding coordinator would have been dedicated to managing those details and troubleshooting any issues that arose NOT ME. First, your coordinator checks with you to make sure your calm before starting basic setup and overseeing the vendors.
Once your coordinator confirms everything is ready for guest arrival they assist you to make your walk down the aisle.
While your taking photos your coordinators assist guests with seating, gifts, and issues that arise so your not bothered.
YTB runs through last-minute checks before Grand Entrance while you finish a drink and an appetizer.
Your coordinator makes sure everyone is present for the dances while your confident knowing your in good hands.
Finally, YTB packs and places your items on the gift table and checks-out with you to say goodbye for the evening.

Our Day of Coordination collection is called Wedding Management and starts 60 days prior with a venue visit when we are not familiar. - 3 Consultations (initial consult, 60 day timeline meeting, week of phone call and email questions during your planning), venue visit if we’re not familiar

- Coordination of grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, dances and garter/bouquet toss so that you don’t worry about timing

- Use of emergency kit when your bridal party and guests have an emergency so that they can handle it and get back on the dance floor
- Client planning portal with tools and optional wedding website
- We distribute personal flowers at the ceremony so that your wedding party won’t have to figure out how to pin on boutonnieres or corsages
- We handle set-up of your basic items: unity candle, table numbers, guest book/pen, escort cards, photos, signage, card box, favors, toasting flutes, cake and knife server so that you can get ready, take photos and relax
- Bouquet preservation services can be arranged (deposit required) so that the process starts while your honeymooning
- Your guests are greeted by our team so that we can assist them with finding escort cards, answering reception seating questions and snafus
- Rely on us to dim lights, check restrooms, and coordinate with Banquet Captain so that we can ensure dinner service is on track
- Your day of wedding coordinator will distribute your final vendor payments/tips so that you don’t have to worry about it
- Trouble-shooting for 8 hours providing ceremony coordination including prompting musicians, ushers, wedding party, vendors, family and guests so that you don’t have to think about logistics
- Tried and true vendor referrals given as requested to fit your personality and budget so that you don’t have to search for them
- Ensure correct number of chairs, favors, silverware and menus at each table so that your guests have the best experience
- Confirm vendors, identify and fix issues so that you have peace of mind
- You get to be in the moment with this service not having to worry about anything!
OPTIONAL UPGRADES AND FEES:
- $100 per coordinator per hour if were needed until the end of event
- Attendance at final vendor meetings. walkthrough, errands. etc. $100 per hour
- Extra assistant’s may be required for $200 each based on set-up and timing (one included)

- Shopping, assembling and delivery of hotel welcome bags so that you can have more time for your work and commitments (client to be invoiced for supplies, packaging, mileage + $250 fee)
- Holiday events will have slight upcharge to ensure staffing
- $200 Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination
- Embellish your hotel room with champagne, chocolate, rose petals, etc. so that it will feel so romantic when you finally are alone with your new partner $200 setup fee + $225 supplies fee + mileage if not adjacent to venue
- Tents, industrial/commercial buildings, barn weddings, etc. require full planning collection, inquire for pricing
- 4 hour collection for those considering a brunch/lunch or Micro wedding
- $100 Travel fee added for events more than 49 miles per coordinator, Lodging required for each coordinator for events more than 75 miles from Farmington, MI
- Wedding RSVP management service (including tracking dietary needs) $500
- Save the date’s or other social/ wedding invitation assembly per event $200 (must be addressed)
- Bridal or Wedding favor assembly per event $150
- Setup Website in portal $300
