Meet Steve and Sara!

The visit at Chef Leslie’s was great. This is one busy bakery! We tried all the flavors and the top 4 choices are vanilla, yellow, chocolate and banana. My favorite was the chocolate of course! We still have to decide what kind of design or flower to have on the cupcakes. They are thinking about having 1/2 of the buttercream frosting tinted a light blue to go with the color scheme of the wedding and leaving the other 1/2 white. We will probably use some silver and blue accents on top. Steve and Sara are also have a huge dessert table at their Greek wedding so there will be plenty of sweet treats for their guests to indulge in.

After the bakery we headed over to Ernie’s where their amazing reception will take place. Wow, what a unique spot for a shower or wedding reception. In fact there were 2 showers going on while we were there. I loved the bar and lounge area and the room itself has the most unique ceiling with blue lighting built in.  Now why didn’t I remember to take a picture of that?! I can’t wait to show this place to my other clients who are looking for a venue. The couple tells me the food is fabulous and now Sara is thinking this may be the perfect spot for her bridal shower!  Looking forward to moving on to flowers and transportation next! Getting things checked off the list as August will be here before we know it!
