Hospitality Bags

Welcoming your out-of-town guests is a great way to show them how much you appreciate the effort they made to come to your wedding. It is most likely that when your guest arrive they are tired and hungry and since you can’t be there physically to greet them this will make them feel just as welcomed. Here are some great ideas of things to include in a hospitality bag:

*Most common thing to include is bottled water, but consider location of your wedding for instance if your getting married in Napa Valley you may want to put a small bottle of local wine
*If you have a favorite cookie, candy, or muffin you could include this sweet treat for your guests

*Get travel size packages of Tylenol, gum, mints etc

*Fresh fruit or other snacks that would not be found in a mini bar

*Visit your local visitors’ center and grab some free coupons and brochures to throw in the bag

*Include an agenda, itinerary, or map of the events for the weekend

*You can download and print free word puzzles or soduko for your guest to unwind before going to bed
