Royal Oak Farmers Market ~ Heather + Brian ~ 9/30/17

Heather and Brian were referred to us by a Mother of the Bride from last season’s wedding. A referral is the best compliment and gift we can receive from a former client. It really does mean the world to us so we can help more couples with their special day!

The Madison Heights Nature Center was the backdrop for some gorgeous outdoor pictures on this perfect fall day.

Brian looking so handsome !

Ah the first look is a favorite!

Such anticipation and excitement finally revealed of how they each look on the big day!

We love the artsy locations they chose along with their photographer Geneva Simmons.
Pure happiness and love right here!

Time for party bus fun !
This was our first wedding at the Royal Oak Farmers Market and we can’t wait to go back. Paulette was wonderful to work with at the rehearsal and on the day-of for anything we needed.

The market is a great space once the fruit and veggies leave ! lol We were able to utilize 2 areas of the space to have everything in the same space.  An intimate ceremony was on one side of the curtain while the reception awaited on the other side.
The flower girl and Minnie did a great job!

Getting married by one of your friends is a truly special experience since they know you the best!
Heather and Brian had all kinds of cool touches including a floral backdrop for the ceremony, tin metal pails with babies breath for ceremony decor, chalkboard signs, wooden crates, wooden doors for the guest to enter the ceremony space.
They did it !

We love the fall color palette and mixing of the napkins throughout the space. Danielle and I started our setup at 3 pm as that is the earliest you can get in on a market day. Everyone involved including catering, bartenders, rentals and us really had to work together quickly and efficiently to be ready by 5 pm for guest arrival. You wouldn’t believe how fast 2 hours goes by when there is a lot to do but we got it done because that is what we do so our clients don’t have to worry. We want them to just walk into the space to see what they envisioned come to life!

For the reception space we had rentals to include a wooden sweetheart tables, barndoor tables we used for the cake and gift tables, furniture, seating chart / easel, wooden card box, a tree guest book, lego cake topper, cake stands, lanterns, pallet bars, signage, menus, bathroom baskets, votives and more and cornhole!

Heather and Brian wanted to incorporate their dog into the day so they made all of the table numbers to show off that cute face!

Cupcake time!

Love the sweetheart table decor we set up.

The First Dance!

The wedding guests burned up the dance floor!

What a wonderful celebration we were able to be a part of as these two start their journey as a married couple. Thank you for allowing us to make those memories with you.
