Kellogg Park Plymouth ~ Amy + David 6/30/12

You know how the saying goes something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue.  Well Amy & David’s wedding on Saturday, June 30th was just that, especially emphasis on the blue.  With a malibu blue, black, and white color scheme, this wedding was elegant but refreshing, perfect for the summertime heat.

The couple hired You’re The Bride for Rehearsal and Day-of Coordination Services. The wedding began in Downtown Plymouth that afternoon.  Tracie, Brittany, and I finalized the decor, greeted guests, and coordinated with all of the vendors.  We awaited for the wedding party and then got the show on the road! With the cutest son Carter as the ring bearer, the party made it down the aisle.  Amy looked absolutely beautiful and everyone else just as great!

After the ceremony, the party took pictures by our fabulous photographer Gary of Glasswing Photography and his wife Carol while Tracie, Brittany, and I headed to Joy Manor to finalize the reception.  Joy Manor handles the table decor and chaircovers and it was beautifully decorated with more malibu blue, black, white, and crystal accents.
After the party and couple’s grand entrance the newlyweds cut their cake then we enjoyed a delicious buffet style dinne. Next we had the traditional activities including  fun dancing, garter toss, bouquet toss and the whole nine yards. We had a blast working with Amy, David, and of course little Carter and would like to thank them for using our services.  They had a wonderful celebration and we were so happy to be a part of it!
