Garland Resort Lewiston Michigan

I recently traveled to Garland Resort in Lewiston, Michigan, for both business and pleasure. Growing up near Lewiston, Gaylord, and Atlanta, Michigan, I have always held this area in a special place in my heart.
I was excited when a bride and her mother found You’re The Bride on WeddingWire while searching for an experienced wedding planner for their destination wedding. The bride lived in Royal Oak, but they had chosen beautiful Garland Resort for their celebration.
Since I was already planning a trip to Lewiston to visit my family around the time they hired me, it was the perfect opportunity to visit the venue and begin familiarizing myself with the property. My grandmother used to take me to Garland for golf lessons when I was a teenager. Looking back, I wish I had appreciated the beauty of the course as much as I do today. The grounds are absolutely stunning and provide a wonderful setting for a Northern Michigan wedding.
During my visit, I had the opportunity to explore the venue and begin planning for Bethany and Chris’s upcoming wedding. From the beautiful golf course to the peaceful natural surroundings, Garland Resort offers couples a picturesque destination for their special day.
