Meet our July bride of the month, Margaret!
Margaret is getting married to Tony on August 21st, 2015 in Lake Orion, Michigan!
Tony proposed to Margaret at Bavarian Inn Lodge in Frankenmuth, MI. on Friday December 13th 2014. This was a very special date due to the numbers being consecutive 12/13/14. Tony knew this was a special date to Margaret. Tony and Margaret have taken the kids to Bronners for the past 3 years so everyone can pick their special ornament for that year. Tony had planned a romantic surprise in the hotel room the night before the family arrived. Tony and his Mom went up to Frankenmuth the day before to decorate the room and plan this special day. He even planned the “fake check-in” at the front counter for the following day when the family arrived just in case Margaret checked in with him. No one knew about this proposal except for Margaret’s Dad (Rick) and Tony’s Mother (Karen). When Margaret opened the hotel room door, she saw flowers petals on the floor that led to a sign hanging across the room that read, “Margaret, Will You Marry Me? Love, Tony”, as well as a wooden sign, glass plaque, beer mugs, champagne, wine, and taco bell packets. Yes, Taco Bell Packets!! That read Will You Marry Me? It was perfect. Margaret cried and barely squeaked out a yes and the kids were over-joyed! It was an amazing moment for all of them.
